Morning: Short science talks at LaSells Stewart Center will highlight science areas where COAS has a pioneering role.
Midday, the main event: We'll take over the Alumni Center for hors d'oeuvres and then luncheon. Dean Mark Abbott will be our keynote speaker, looking at the past, present and future of COAS.
Afternoon: Launching of the COAS Alumni Association and small-group reunions.
Family-friendly events all weekend include DaVinci Days, the Corvallis summertime celebration of art, science, and technology, with parade, races, exhibits, games, music, and Children's Village. The public science talk, Saturday night, will be by Professor Chris Goldfinger.
Please reserve the date on your calendar and plan to join us in marking historic science contributions, meeting with old friends, and looking at future possibilities.
